Can someone please tell me exactly what happens when you try to PM someone but you are not able to? Do you get an error message or does it just not allow you to send it? Just need to know before I complain to Proboards.

it had said something about how I may have been blocked form sending the PM to the person specified. But it's working for me now so...  |
